• Why did I only receive a part of my order?
The oversize product will be shipped in separate with several tracking numbers. You can check it out at your order page.
• Can I get home pickup service?
Sorry that we do not provide door-to-door pickup service at the moment. If you really need it, please help to contact UPS and bear extra fee for it.
• Why hasn't my refund arrived yet?
Please note that once the warehouse receives your item, it may take up to 7 days to process your order and process your refund. After your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for your refund to appear in your account.
If your return is marked as delivered, don't worry, our returns team will confirm your refund via email.
• Can I make changes to my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so through your order confirmation email. Once your order has left the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes and you must wait until it is delivered.
