Sometimes products arrive in imperfect condition, please contact us. To help us assess the problem, please send product photos at various angles and distances. If you still have the outer packaging, please also send some photos in case the product is damaged during shipping. If it is not possible to document the problem with a photo, a short video is also welcome.
Our manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of product delivery. Please let our team know if you encounter problems while using it. We will organize replacement parts, repairs and, if necessary, full replacement.
Please note that our warranty is not transferable and does not extend to resale merchandise. The warranty is only valid when the product is used for its intended purpose and exhibits normal use. Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accident, abnormal use, modification or commercial purpose are not covered by the merchandise warranty.

Please check that all products are in good condition and the accessories are complete within 7 days after receiving the product. If you have any questions, please contact us in time.
Please note: If you do not contact us in time for logistics damage beyond 30 natural days after receiving the goods, you may not be able to enjoy free after-sales service.

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen and while instances of damage in the home are not covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to provide cleaning, care, and repair advice when possible.
