Shipping Method

We have a good relationship with UPS and FedEx. Your shipment will be dispatched within 1 business day of placing your order and then shipped to the shipping address by them. We will inform you of the tracking number via the shipping email. But please note: The shipping information update pages on the UPS and FedEx websites are occasionally delayed, so please be patient to know the latest location of your shipments.

Free Shipping Policy

We strive to provide affordable home options for every family, no matter the order amount, and we offer free shipping, except in remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska.
Please note: Return shipping charges not caused by quality problems are not included in the free shipping policy, please contact us at service@eclifeusa.com for more information.

Delivery Time

We have warehouses in NJ, CA and GA to ensure faster delivery, generally within 5 business days. Please use the tracking number provided by us to check the estimated delivery time through the official UPS and FedEx website. In most cases, the two will put your goods on the front door, please sign in time to avoid loss of the package.

Delivery Delay

Due to various impacts brought by COVID-19, logistics timeliness has more uncertainties. If your shipment has not been updated for more than 3 working days, please contact us at service@eclifeusa.com for support.

Unboxing and Outer Packaging

To avoid repacking charges should you wish to exchange or return an item, we recommend that you keep the product's carton and try to keep it in its original condition. Fold the box flat and store it properly until you are sure the product is right for you.

Refuse to Deliver

If you reject your order on delivery, please let us know and we'll be happy to exchange you with another item that better fits your space. In this case, we will not charge additional shipping costs and will only charge or refund you for any price difference between the products.
Otherwise, rejected orders will be processed as returns. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, you will receive a refund of the item price minus the $50 return shipping fee. Also, refunds may be delayed if we do not receive notice of rejection from you.
If an item is rejected due to damage or defect, please send us photos so we can review and resolve the issue faster.

Split Delivery

Most of Eclife's combo kits are shipped separately due to overweight products. Don't worry if you have only received part of your order, the rest will arrive soon. You can check the tracking numbers of other packages and check their location in the order information.

Sorry that we do not provide door-to-door pickup service
at the moment. If you really need it, please help to contact UPS and bear extra fee for it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so through your order confirmation email. Once your order has left the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes and you must wait until it is delivered.

Please note that once the warehouse receives your item,
it may take up to 7 days to process your order and process your refund. After your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for your refund to appear in your account.
